Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Ham Dices
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE butter
  • 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 2 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
  • 1 tbsp. Chives
  • 1 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 c. THRIVE Potato Chunks-Dehydrated
  • 1 tbsp. Cilantro
  • 1/2 tbsp. cumin
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 1/2 c. cream
  • 8 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. Cholula hot sauce
  • 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice

Directions

  1. Measure out and prepare all ingredients.
  2. In a 1 gallon stock pot, sweat the garlic, butter and ham in a pot but do not allow to brown.
  3. Add in all the vegetables, chili powder, Chef's Choice, cumin, and water and bring to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add bechamel powder slowly while stirring and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add in the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
